Is a deposit required to book DJ Maxx T?
Yes, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required upon booking to secure your date. This fee is deducted from your final balance. Final balance must be paid 30 days prior to event booking to secure DJ Maxx T.
Can I request specific songs or music styles?
Absolutely! DJ Maxx T encourages clients to share a list of 10 preferred songs or genres beforehand. This customization ensures the music fits the vibe you want to create and can be accommodated by DJ Maxx T.
What equipment do you provide?
High-quality sound systems, mixers, turntables, and lighting effects are all part of DJ Maxx T’s setup. Equipment can be scaled according to venue size and event type.
How early do you arrive for an event?
DJ Maxx T typically arrives 1-2 hours prior to performance time to allow for setup and sound checks, ensuring a flawless experience (exact setup and tear down times will be communicated prior to event booking).
Do you provide MC or hosting services?
Yes, if desired, DJ Maxx T can also serve as an MC to engage the crowd and keep the energy high throughout your event.
How do I book DJ Maxx T?

What is DJ Maxx T's policy on cancellations and rescheduling events?
Rescheduling
90 Days Prior to Event:
DJ Maxx T offers clients the option to reschedule their booked event once, provided the request is made at least 90 days before the scheduled date. This rescheduling comes with a $200 non-refundable fee and is subject to DJ Maxx T’s availability.
Less than 90 days from the scheduled event date:
DJ Maxx T enforces a strict rescheduling policy to ensure optimal scheduling and service quality. No reschedules are permitted within 90 days prior to the original event date. If the client is unable to fulfill the original date and fails to notify DJ Maxx T at least 90 days in advance, the client will forfeit all monies paid to date. This policy is designed to maintain fairness and operational efficiency for all parties involved.
Cancellations
No cancellations are permitted unless due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the client’s or DJ Maxx T’s control. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to:
Natural disasters (e.g., hurricanes, earthquakes, floods)
Serious illness or injury
Death in the immediate family
Government-mandated restrictions or emergencies
Acts of terrorism or civil unrest
In the rare case that DJ Maxx T is unable to perform at the originally scheduled event due to unforeseen circumstances, he will either propose a new date for rescheduling or provide a full refund of the remaining balance. Any refunds will be processed promptly within 48 to 72 hours, excluding holidays, ensuring a smooth and fair resolution for the client.
